I have an available apartment. I have been showing it and having prospective tenants fill out my applications. I thoroughly check my tenants backgrounds. Now, I am left with 2 that I would like to rent to but I can't find that deciding factor. I have never encountered this problem! I wish I had another unit available. Has anyone else had this happen? How do u decide on what appear to be two perfect tenants? I have never seen 2 sets of strangers so much alike!
