In today’s property market more and more people are choosing to rent.  With a wide selection of quality properties available and with tighter legislations in place to protect you, the tenant, it has never been a better and safer time to rent a home.

Renting usually works out cheaper than owning your own property - with no ongoing maintenance costs or unexpected repair bills - it should leave you free to enjoy the benefits renting has to offer: flexible living, lower living costs and less responsibility than owning your own property.

And if you’re new to an area or starting out with your first home, what better way to make absolutely certain it’s the location for you than to rent awhile first?  With the convenience that renting has to offer, it’s clear to see why renting has become so popular.

renting is a great way to start, but since the rent is almost the same as a mortgage after 10 years you'd be a third of the way through paying a mortgage back. but with rental your in the same place you started.
