Nerja, forsale or part exchange fractional/shared ownership

Hi All
We have a 1/4 share in a 2 bedroom apartment, in a well maintained urbanisation in Nerja.
We like Spain so much that we want to spend more time there, so we want to sell or part-exchange our apartment.
We do like Nerja but we are realistic and will consider other areas.
Anyone interested?
