Originally a Farm Worker’s cottage this property of 120m2 is in need of renovation but could be made into a cosy home with character.
Structurally sound with original stone walls, beamed ceilings and floor tiles.
The main house offers a hall with a double bedroom to the right and a lounge diner to the left. The back door leads to a private terrace with a bathroom in need of finishing to the left.
To the right is a large storage area that could be converted into 2 additional rooms.
A pigsty complete with Vietnamese pot bellied pig that comes with the property!
The plot is approx. 200m2. A further plot of 1,800m2 also comes with the property and is within a stone’s throw. Currently planted with vegetables but there is no reason why this could not be utilised for a swimming pool.
There are a further 4/5 cottages all of whom have access to a communal well for water. Mains water is available. Electricity is reasonably close. Alternatively a solar/generator/wind turbine system could be installed. Approx. 10 kms from Caudete and 1km from the main road via an excellent wide track. Idyllic location; very peaceful. All paperwork in order; the property is on one Escritura and the plot of 1,800m2 is on another.
This is an absolute bargain the likes of which do not come on the market very often.
