Hi,I am going to move to Spain with my families. Can you suggest some affordable and wonderful locations? My parents like www.propertiescosta blanca.org and www.buypropertyspai n.info. but I don’t think they are very suitable for me. I would like to ask for your advice on that. Thanks in advance.

Living in Spain sounds a good idea. I have been to Spain for quite a few times on travel, but I don't know the property there very well. I only know some related sites, spanish property and seville property . I hope these could help you a little.
Good luck!

That sounds a good idea to living in Spain. Spain is really a beautiful country in the world to visit. I spent several days in Barcelona and Madrid, and I'd like to go back again for awhile. I think if you're in Barcelona be sure to check out the Picasso museum as well. And I deem that the best way to get around Spain is by train and you can enjoy the beautiful landscape along the way. Finally I can recommend you some property sites I have come across, palmas real estate and lake tahoe hotel. Hoping these could give you some help!
Good luck!

Is the Spanish property market about to crash?
According to the Times, the Spanish property market is about to burst. This leaves many sellers, buyers and property owners in an insecure position. What is going on? Is the real-estate market in Spain really about crash?
The Telegraph believes that there is no reason for any panic. In Spain the prices of the houses have been rising through the roof since 1997. Luckily, this increase is stabilizing. This leaves the market with more realistic prices than in the past, with advantages for both sides, chances for selling are higher and it will go faster and buyers pay reasonable prices.
According to the Spanish government the property inflation is slowing down from 18.5% in 2003, 17.2% in 2004, 12.8% in 2005, and 9.1% by the end of 2006. The first three months of this year the prices have increased with 7.2%. That is the lowest quarterly increase of the last few years. After the prices have grown with incredible rates in recent years, property prices are finally stabilizing.
The fact that the Spanish property market is over-provisioned cannot be neglected. Therefore there is a possibility that, in some isolated areas, the prices will slightly drop. But there is little chance that this decrease will occur in all of Spain. The prices of the properties in popular areas like the Costa Brava, Costa Blanca, Mallorca and Barcelona will most likely continue to grow because of their value– but more slowly than recent years.
Instead of heading towards an inevitable crash, the Spanish property market is preparing itself for a soft landing. Property owners and buyers around the areas mentioned do not have to fear a sudden depreciation of their properties, since these properties will hold their value in the future.

The Costa Blanca, on the east coast of Spain, is one of the most beautiful regions of the entire Iberian Peninsula. It enjoys more than 315 sunshine days a year and an average temperature of 18-19C so it is fit to live there. costa blanca property and costa brava property to choose a property real estate in Spain for you.

In the center of the historical town of Binissalem this 130year old townhouse has been completely reformed in 2006 to the highest standard. Just traditional materials have been used to give this house a unique character. The house is located in a very quite area of the town and just 5 min. away from the market place and train station. If you are looking for a pleasant and tranquile place to spend your holidays or more, this is the perfect house for you. Due to the real estate agent, spanish property and investment property spain .

Before you think about Starting a New Life in Spain or Buying property in spain, make sure you check the areas around together with friends or local property agents. Make sure you have already spent some time not just in summer around Spain for example Tenerife, so you know the place from both sides of the coin during summer and during winter time.
Some practical tenerife property buyer tips The Costa del Sol is continuously evolving and its development over recent years has been focused on the health and luxury markets and the joy of spending time on the Costa Del Sol has a lot to do with the fact it is hot six months of the year and warm the other six. It is not surprising people still flock here from all corners of the globe, each year hundreds of thousands of tourists come here to enjoy the multitude of benefits that the Costa del Sol already has to offer and make it their second home.
