Please use this 'Topic' to discuss with me and each other as to what Investors are looking for in todays market.

With the Global Economy on a so called 'Downturn', the deals available are unbelievable both in the UK and Overseas.

If you could invest the savings that are earning you nothing in your accounts where would it be and how soon would you do it?

Would it be overseas?

In which part of the World would it be?

Would you want short term or long term investments?

Guaranteed returns?

Holiday home to use and to rent?

Management contracts in place for peace of mind?

Commercial Property in the far east............... ................... ..?

Endless questions to an endless topic!

Think what ALL investors want at the moment is a sure, safe and sound investment that they are guaranteed a good return however this is not a viable option at the moment because no investment is really 110% safe now.

In my opinion, looking at longer term investments and especially popular countries like Spain are an investors dream at the moment with property prices falling as much as 40% in some areas.

What investors want is to make money. Soon will be a great time to buy in goog locations as prices are dropping and are still far from reaching rock bottom.
Buy low sell high has always worked and soon it will be time to buy low.

Make sure to invest in an area that is highly sought after.

Investors want more than the utilitarian benefits of low risk and high expected returns when they choose investments, they want additional utilitarian benefits and they want expressive benefits as well.
