If you are following our sites below you may already know that we have been negotiating for clients who want to reduce their mortgage payments with their banks. This is being very successful and we have currently reduced mortgage repayments for people between 500 and 1400 Euros per month for times ranging from 2-3 years giving them a breathing space while the market recovers or they try to sell their property, or even rent. If you want us to get you a better deal on your mortgage in Spain then for a fixed fee we can get you a much better deal and take that pressure off you.

The mortgage process itself is different in Spai from the UK and trackers don't exist in the same way, mortgages are recalculated at 6 or 12 month intervals. Also Euribor, the base rate for calculation doesn't follow the movements in the official ECB rate as it does in the UK. Therefore you could be paying a lot more than you need to be on your Spanish property. PM me if you want us to look into reducing your mortgage and if you have any questions post them here and I will get back to you throughout the day as meetings allow
