Sounds like a great investment opportunity you have there!
Just a quick little suggestion, have you ever tried advertising your property on a portal site? such as the move channel or property abroad? Or is this your first investment property your looking to resale?
Around 2 years ago i had a property in cyprus which i was looking to sell and move further to the north of Cyprus. I went to a local estate agents and they tried selling my property for me, but still i had no look selling it. To add to my problems i wasn't really too sure on what kind of development i was looking for. A friend suggested to me about advertising my property on the internet. So i searched in google 'property abroad, selling my property, advertising my property overseas' etc. I then found one website in particular which was a big help. They had a wide range of properties for sale in Cyprus and helped me find one in particular which best suited me. I also got my property listed on there Property Abroad website for £59 only! it took me 5 months to sell my property because of this site, it was really helpful!

I found your property to be an ideal for investment! It’s really beneficial if you will advertise the property for you to reach more target buyers. There are websites in which you can advertise for free. Have a simple research on how to perfectly advertise your property and I’m sure you’re going to sell it in a reasonable price.
I sold my relatives properties thrice without the real estate agent’s service. For me it’s easier to sell the properties without the agent because the buyer directly negotiates with me and I can easily settle the price.
