I have a beautiful house in Marche which I am looking to sell.

http://www.marche-casa.com/listing-CASA+DELLE+ROSE-58.html

I have the house with a local agent (see above) but would like some advice on how to gain wider exposure of it

Any suggestions please

Michael

Try to advertise your house for sale on your own.  There are websites which you don’t have to pay for advertisement fee.  Try Craiglist and Ebay.  One of my friends sold her house through Craiglist; she easily sold it in cheaper price because the buyer directly talked to her without the agent’s service.  Provide complete pictures of the house area like the bedroom, comfort room, and living room.  Make sure also that your house is well-painted and organize if a possible buyer wants to see it.  Good luck!

Make Advertisements on your own so that users can reach it easily. Most important, take pictures of your house, (interior & exterior) and post it along with your advertisement. Make sure that when the user sees your house, they must get pleased by its appearance.

Good Luck.

Craigslist is a great place to sell this. Have you tried it yet?

Try a FSBO (for sale by owner) site- you advertise direct and pay no commission some good examples are http://www.italymag.co.uk/property-for-sale-in-italy/fsbo (http://www.italymag.co.uk/property-for-sale-in-italy/fsbo) , http://www.italy-property-sale.net/ (http://www.italy-property-sale.net/) and http://www.italianhousesforsale.com/ (http://www.italianhousesforsale.com/) or think about getting your own site or using Google blogger or equiv.
