If you're buying or selling a home from 1 June 2007, you will need to know about Home Information Packs.
Sellers: you will need to have a Pack before you put your home onto the market
Buyers: the Pack will offer you essential information about the property you wish
to buy, for free.

I thinki heard in the news that home information packs have been put on hold by the government is this true?  Anyone know what is going to happen next? Is that the end of HIPs?

I permanently moved to London from Basingstoke last month. I was so busy with work that I didn't have time to sell my house. I found this website, www.decisionhomebuy ers.co.uk,  they bought my house within three weeks and I didn't take a single day off from work. I will recommend them to any one.
