Distressed Sales, Bank Repos and Low Money down Deals

Hi we are getting bank repossessions from the banks, individuals who have brought too many properties and need out, and people who dont use their properties for sale, with prices that are below what they paid. One in Costa Del Sol. 2 bed, 2 bath, communal pool, Ground floor apartment the owner works offshore and does not use, he paid 240k euros for and will take 175k today. So he is losing 65k equity and 3 years capital growth. Which is not much in todays market, but is still taking a hit to let it go.
Other clients just want out. Bank Repo, valuation villa on a golf course denia, 5 bed, 3 bath, valued at 360k, for sale 235k, other agents have it for 250k. So is a good deal. Let us know if interested.
