please let me know your advise.

A flat above us has come up for sale (terraced property - leasehold) and we are considering purchasing and knocking it into ours.
Unfortunately the seller is well aware we want the flat and wants a premium for it and is becoming more unreasonable about us buying it because of this.Is there any way we could purchase the property through a third party (or even friends/family) so the seller doesn't realise its us? The purchase would be funded by a mixture of remortgage and cash deposit.
