Hello Matthew,

Obviously you must have made your move to Spain by now, have you purchased a property yet? Where have you moved to?

If you have moved to the Costa Blanca south region and haven't yet bought a property, you may be interested in looking at our properties - you can view them by clicking on the link below.

Lot of people losing their land in Spain because Spain is changing its laws willy-nilly. So I am not sure It is worth to invest there.

TorFX offer ultra-competitive exchange rates for people buying property abroad, whether you are buying a second home, or emigrating. We can also send your funds to your foreign bank account free of charge.

We are able to save you up to 3% against whate high street banks charge.

Before you commit to buying property abroad, you should take time to consider the financial implications of your transaction, especially in respect of the exchange rate. Exchange rate fluctuations can make a dramatic difference to the price you end up paying for your property abroad. TorFX are able to offer preferential exchange rates which are usually only available from your bank on transactions of £1m or more. On a typical transaction, clients save 1.6% by using TorFX. On a large currency transfer, this could mean saving thousands of pounds.

My employer bought his holiday property in Barcelona last February.  When you are still planning to buy property in Spain you have to consider lot of things.  Many houses which are being sold have diminished over the past year ensuing in a surplus of “for sale properties”.  Lot of homes foreclosure is now reaching the market. You can pick your house easily because there are lots of them.  The price of property in Spain has reduced recently.  In terms of allure, the only thing that has changed regarding Spanish property is the price and selection. The old-country allure is still present.  It just costs a lesser amount of to purchase a piece of it.  You also have the chance to gain income there with your properties.  Holiday properties are a great source of income.
