Hello agents,

Do you sell in France? well I have a budget of 40k Euros to burn on a property in France.  I am looking for a simple property with lots of land as a 4th home near to the south france.  Somewhere we can use mainly as a holiday farm house, so that the kids can have somewhere they can get close to nature Wink

PLease post links directly to the property you have that meets the requirements above - under this topic.

We have some investment properties in the south of france. Which you could get in for 40.000 euros.

They are guaranteed rental properties via the Loi Robien programme, so basically they work for social housing. The good thing is that year on year you get a guaranteed yield of around 6%, can be higher so you are in positive cash flow.

It is not though land for your children to run around in, but it is a money generating asset to allow your children to go university. Year on year the returns on the money invested have been around 90%. Incredible returns but true. Verifable.

Even if you are making 50% year on year it is good. But these are very good investment properties. Be in touch. Please read more here.

Seems like it's good to invest somewhere in Europe.

If you were to consider Bulgaria 40,000 Euros would get you a fab house with lots of land.
I have a 3 bedroom villa with 800sqm of land around it and 700sqm over the road for 21,000 Euros or villa split into two apartments with 800sqm landscaped garden and barn, partly furnished for 35,000 Euros.
Or can get old houses for renovation for 7000 E and under - plots of around 2000sqm
Take a look at http://www.thetravelbug.org (http://www.thetravelbug.org)
