I refer to your above referenced initiative dated 1st February.
As a UK resident in Spain since more that 40 years ago, with Spanish partners and a property Development Company building “environment friendly country homes” in the north eastern Murcia countryside, I have often wondered... How do you go about locating exactly... Which properties to offer in these programmes?
No doubt, your programme directors will want property options, which are a credit to all concerned.
You might want to offer new-build properties with under floor heating throughout, heated pools and hot water, all powered by the sun! And if your clients want to harvest rainfall – this is exactly what we do! Also, why not recycle 95% of the domestic waste water, store it underground and reused it as transparent, odourless water for even greener gardens, with absolutely no charge for consumption? This is also what we do!
We have been working hard to develop these systems over the past 5 years and have several owners already enjoying their country homes with all these innovative environment friendly systems, fully operational.
