Hello, we are am agency based in Torrevieja on the Costa Blanca south, Spain - we have been selling properties here for the past 5 / 6 years.

I just stumbled across this forum by chance - hopefully we can pick up some good ideas and maybe make some possible collaboration partnerships with other agents on the forum.

We are low commission agents (3%), we have about 50 other agents selling our properties due to our low prices, most add more commission to our prices as it is not enough to split.
