I was working for a UK real estate company, when my boss found this excellent investment opportunity... area called Yablanitsa (Apple Village) in the municipality of Svoge, 60 km north from the capital Sofia. UK, Israeli and German companies has already invested in this area, as well as Bulgarian high-ranking politicians and individual investors.
Note: there is a town Yablanitsa, which is more famous but has nothing to do with this area !It is unspoilt valley, where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful nature of the Balkan range. It is most famous with its big hunting area and fishing opportunities in the river (also called Yablanitsa) and the specially built breeding pools.
So, I decided to invest there myself. Unfortunately, now I have to sell the plots, which I found very hard.
They are on the south slope of the valley and have a splendid view. The access is through an asphalt road in good condition. Electricity and water - available.
