I've travelled to Spain before, I was surprised not only by its beautiful scenery but booming real estate. So from then on, I've made up my mind to buy a property in Spain. It is said that Spain's property is very flourishing, more and more foreigners have come to Spain for investing in real estate, such as canary island property (http://www.canariasproperty.org) and property for sale granada (http://www.granadaproperty.org) are cited examples, they are very suitable for living. Moreover, we don’t have to the money, because we can easily get loans from bank. I wish everyone who likes Spain can buy a ideal house in Spain and live a comfortable life.

Nowadays, real estate industry is soaring dramatically in all countries, like Bulgaria,Spain etc, more investors have changed their business into real estate industry, on the one hand, this can cater to the needs of clients and markets, on the other, of course, this can make more profits than other business. As you've just said above, Bulgaria is a very beautiful place which attract a lot of people to reside and invest there. Investing in Spain was the subject wasn't it?

Even though we sell property in Spain, I don't think Spain is an investment hotspot anymore. Yes, there are places like Granada, Jaen and inland Valencia that are cheaper to purchase a Spanish property but would you really want to live hundreds of kms inland where there are no or little good services and everything is manana?

Spain is still a great place to live but investing money in property in Spain at this current time is not exactly a safe investment is it? You guys should know that!

Places like Hungary and Egypt, etc are places where the rich investors are looking at now, Spain has been finished for sometime for investing. Property prices are and have been falling in Spain but for us, Spain is a holiday home haven or some where to up sticks and move permanently.

But no investing in Spain isn't a good idea.
