Belize the Caribbean's Best Kept Secret

Hello all and thanks for checking in at my post.

If you do not know anything about Belize then before reading my post please do some research

I have had about 10 years experience in Belize, starting with building my own home in the northern part of the mainland and built and helped build a number of other projects in the country

I was very lucky to have bought into what turned out to be one of the most active development in the north if not "the most active" and possibly in the whole of Belize .

I/we have also been very lucky with the developer because what he promised has been done or is being done.

I was one of the first to buy on the development which has approx 100+ lots, which to date has sold all but a few, which you could probably count on one hand.

On the lots sold I think there is in the region of 30+ homes that have so far been built or have been started.

So in 10 years about 95% of the lots have been sold and about 30% of these have been built on, correct me if I am wrong but I dare say that this could be as I suggested earlier, the most active development in Belize.

I also believe that every home that has been placed on the market has sold within 3 months

Anyway enough of the development sales pitch,,,, and onto why I posted this thread

I am looking for a Partner/Partners, Investor/Investors to help me with a project to build 4 homes on this development, and the Partner/s will need to inject $120,000US into the venture for start up finances.

The reason why I am looking for an Investor is that I thought I had more time to get the cash together myself, but the way things have gone and with the amount of lots left it is clear that I will not have time to build up the funds myself

The venture/project will take approx 2/3 years, after which you will get your investment back + a percentage of profits, but you must commit to the whole 4 houses build

I have a full business plan including finances and expected returns.

I have never sort after a Private Investor before so this is a bit of a learning curve for me and I am willing to take advise from anyone who can point me in the right direction on how to achieve my goals on finding an investor
