Le Patio Verde,
A private gated development consisting of 19 offplan villas. The location is in Publier close to Evian and 45 minutes from Geneva. The villas have lake view, and the development will have a children's play ground, a water pond of Evian water from the mountains, and a fitness center. The villas are 3 br each with a respective garage. Works on the site have started in Sept. 2011, and hand over in Sept 2013. Installments to be effected to a French Notair who will act as an Escrow account responsible for releasing the funds to the developer. Free hold.
