I am new top this forum and would like some advice. My mum bought a property in Estaing SW France and is desperate to sell but doesn't kn ow where to start! Its a long story as to how she aquired the property but it was a huge mistake!
Its 15km from a ski resort and in a very pretty village and set on a lake with a good sized garden. It has an extra building on the plot which they call the hall and obviously the living house.
Please could someone advise what is the best way to market the property and any contact details of any auction houses or estate agents.
