Central park Sofia Novi han shall I sell or wait

Hi can anyone give me advice please what to do with my property. The value of my property dropped alot, bu t I don t know shall I wait or sell now. I bought it for £38000 euro, 1bedroom 3rd floor apartment, can give it to go for £25000. Or to rent for £100, apartment is unfurnished.
