Within 1 hrs drive of Malaga

Legal country property with all buildings detailed on the deed

Capable of, with work (converting outbuildings/stables/storerooms etc), producing a 4-6 bedroom property

Detached with good access

Connected to mains water and electricity

Minimum land 800m

Rural location within 15 minutes of an established community with shops and restaurants

Open views

Preferably over 40 years old
   
Looking for an absolute bargain and have around 150,000 as maximum budget but am a cash buyer
