Hi,

I recently sold my 2 properties in Bulgaria to the Russian market.  Maybe I was just lucky but after spending a lot of money  personally trying to sell them and using Bulgarian estate agents I resorted to using a company called Appreciating Assets.  It took around 5 months in total to sell them so it wasnt too bad.  I am thinkin of using them for my properties in Alicante but if anyone can suggest a faster means I would greatly appreciate it.  Btw I have had these on the market for nearly 2 years and the price has been reduced by nearly 40%.

Dear all,

If anyone is interested in buying or selling a property overseas, and wants a bank beating exchange rate, paying no commission and paying no sending fees give me a call on the number below.

Central FX, a division of Central Markets which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority, works with financial decision makers from a diverse range of companies from FTSE 250 to SMEs.  Our dedicated dealers and currency consultants offer a proactive and bespoke service, ensuring that our clients are kept up to date on relevant market movements so that they buy and sell currency at the right time and at the most competitive rates.

Companies undertaking overseas business, or with international offices/subsidiaries and international property buyers, face constant risk from foreign exchange movements. As well as obtaining the best commercial exchange rates, it is important to manage your exposures effectively, so that profits are not diminished by unforeseeable fluctuations in the global markets.
To do this we offer three basic trading methods: spot, forward contracts and market orders.  We work closely with our clients to utilise these methods as effectively as possible, often creating a blended approach to give you both peace of mind as well as the ability to take advantage of any positive market swings.  Once a strategy has been agreed, we then act as your eyes and ears in the market as well as offering a service that suits you and is responsive to your needs.

Kind Regards
Sam Smith
