New "Get Out" Scheme for Overseas Property Owners

My name is Tony Barker, Managing Director of Marcus James Recovery.
We have devised a scheme which allows overseas property investors who find themselves in difficulty paying their monthly mortgage payments to legally "walk away" from what has become a liability for them, whilst at the same time providing a low cost opportunity for new investors.
Some of you may have read about us in the press over the last few weeks.
I developed the Recovery scheme due to my own persoanl experience of buying a property in Cyprus. Due to the recession, my previous business collapsed (I was in the music business for 30 years) and I was not able to maintain payments on my property and was looking for a way out, and so Recovery was born.
