Prize: 6500 euro

This is a lovely rural house in a country, situated in village of Krushari.

The house has garden of 1800 dca, with fruit threes, vineyard and vegetables.

The house is made from bricks, has bathroom, kitchen, living room and two bedrooms.

It needs some modernization.

There are summer kitchen and farm buildings in the yard.

The house is in the village and bordered with asphalt road.

The views are panoramic from this house.

The distances from the village of Krushari:

30 km. to Dobrich city, 80 km. to Varna International Airport.
