Very Cheap Cheap Property for sale !

I have had a property in Mijas Costa , on the costa del sol for 7 years , it was brandnew when i brought it is in colinas del faro and is a wonderful apartment, 1 bedroom , unspoilt sea views , shared gardens and swimming pool, the only problem that i have is that i have fallen into arrears on the mortgage and the bank want to reposses, I do however have some time to pay back the outstanding debt on the property and it can remain mine, what i was thinking of doing was the following :-

There is 19000 Euro that needs to be paid to the bank the flat is valued at 105,000 Euro ,

If anyone is interested in the following : paying off the 19,000 Euro by 5th April, which will basically give me the right to the title deeds of the property, I will then transfer the title deeds over to the person who has deposited the 19,000 for a further 25-3000 Euro . this means they obtain a half price property rather than it go back to the bank.

This is not a scam and is a Genuine offer, I would rather someone had it cheap than the bank reclaim it.
