Hi everyone

My full name is Dalvinder Singh. And I am new to this forum.

I have a lot of experience with dealing with international property and I am also currently working with my cousin in the UK property market. I have a lots of thousands of database of investors who I have worked with buying international property in Portugal, France, East Germany, Greece, Dubai and India. I am in contact with lots of these deals every day so if you want any details please let me know.

In the recent months a lot of my investors are asking me to start to look at deals in the UK. I do not know if this shift to UK stock is with everyone.

Anyway I do not want to rely on my cousin for all UK stock as he deals via his own website and only gets 3 or 4 a week.  I want to make my own contacts with people who have stock that I could offer to my own database of investors.

If there is establish people, companies, finders who sell/move properties along let me know as soon as possible by emailing me or sending me private message.

Critea I have been given is:-

1). New builds apartments under £750,000 each with 35% or over.

2). New build houses under £750,000 each with 35% or over.

3). Part built or off-plan under £500,000 each with 40% or over.

4). Apartments under £500,000 each with 25% or over.

5). Houses under £500,000 each with 25% or over.

6). Any land opportunities with planning.

7). Looking for international stock also all the time.

I am happy if need be to act as an agent for any company as I know my investor will buy quickly if the right opportunities comes along.

Please email me on dal.singh70@yahoo.com , dalvinder70@yahoo.co.uk or PM me please.

I would also like to work with people on a joint basis claiming back their PPI on loans and credit cards. I have over the last 3 years worked for 3 of the major companies  to review and in 85 % of the time payout anywhere between £100 to £9,500 to customer who actually took out loans with PPI..

I am aware of all the in and outs of  this but would like people to help me set up this side of the business and move this forward. I am aware either you need authorisation from the FSA/FOS which costs £400.00 or you can form an alliance with a company already set up.

If you are interested in moving this side of the business forward please let me know by emailing me on dal.singh70@yahoo.com , dalvinder70@yahoo.co.uk or PM me please.

Also if there are other business opportunities where people have ideas or want help please email me as I would be interested to look at business ideas.

Regards

Dalvinder
