rental returns in Bulgaria

Hi everyone

I have an apartment in the ski resort of Pamporovo, Bulgaria which I have owned for the last couple of years. It's rented out via the developers who built it but over the last couple of years I have received vertually no rental return has anyone else had a similar experiance. I am also at present trying to sell it with litle sucess & limited interest, likewise has anyone experianced the same.

There are many people with a similar experience to yours. All these hundreds and hundreds of apartments were sold with guaranteed rentals and very few have materialised. I am often contacted by people through my Bulgarian advice website (http://www.thetravelbug.org) to see if they can sell or what they can do legally.

If you want to sell your house you'd better try it in a property portal because of a more visitors.
