Giving or Selling or Buying in Spain

Apartment in Spain
Cam any one help me with some information.
I have an apartment in Spain it has a mortgage on it of 72k out standing no arrears on it. I just want to give it away, some one to take over the mortgage.
I can’t walk away as I have a house there as well so don’t want to fall in to debt here.
So if any one knows a way around for I gifting this apartment away plz advise me.
p.s. it’s also on the market and we all know how that is.

Well, its not really giving it away if there is an outstanding mortgage of 72K.

You better sell it in a more fair price and meet halfway based from the amount of mortgage.
