Excellent investment in a well established, mature area and has the largest Golf resort in Spain!
Situated in a fantastic location, on the outside of a complex, Only a 5 minute walk to the Beach, Shops, Bars & Restaurants and only 10mins walk to the town of La Cala! The area is very quiet, yet only a 5 minute walk to all amenities. Free parking is directly outside the property.
The townhouse has a private gated entrance, leading up 6 or 7 steps to a 6m sq L-shaped Terrace, front door & double patio doors.
